What is an Interactive Challenge?

This Free 7 Day Self-Talk Upgrade Challenge is hosted on the Sutra Platform, known for transformational courses that go a few levels beyond a self-paced course. Participants respond to prompts in the lessons and have the choice to share their responses with others or not. I believe that when we are seen, witnessed and mirrored as we express our deepest truths, transformation becomes more accessible. You will have the opportunity to read the responses of others to the same deep questions about self-talk that you are also deeply pondering. You are able to read a summary of all participant's responses, or view the larger discussion thread and respond to other participant's reflections. The course is also multi-media and uses the written word, as well as imagery and music to provide an experiential immersion in the content.
